Frizzell Ltd Terms of Trade (Retail)

PRICING POLICY
All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and excludes 15% GST. Quotes will be provided for custom products.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Frizzell Ltd. until they have been paid for in full.

DELIVERY TIMES
In the unlikely event of goods being out of stock or your delivery date not being able to be met, we will contact you to advise best delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by external effects i.e shipping, customs, delays or strikes.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Goods will be delivered to your business address unless agreed. We cannot accept responsibility for
misdirected or lost goods where verbal shipping instructions are given.

FREIGHT
We will ship by our Carriers (fastest and most economical means).

INSURANCE
Insurance on goods in transit is at your risk.

PAYMENT TERMS
Strictly payment in advance of shipment unless credit arrangements have been arranged. Where credit is arranged payment is due not later than 14 days after invoice date. Interest at 2% per month or part thereof will be charged on all outstanding balances.

CHEQUES
To be made payable to Frizzell Limited.

GUARANTEE

Frizzell Ltd. is committed to providing only quality products to our customers. All products are guaranteed for a period of one calendar year from date of delivery on the basis of buyer return to base. If a product proves to have a manufacturers defect, and is returned in its original condition within the guarantee period we will at our discretion repair or replace the defective product.

ALTERATIONS / CANCELLATIONS
Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled unless agreed in writing by Frizzell Ltd. All charges incurred will be invoiced.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and respect your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1993 and comply with our other statutory obligations in respect of the collection, use, disclosure, storage and handling of your personal information. By using and visiting our website and/or providing us with your personal details you consent to this Privacy Policy.

PURCHASE ORDERS AND CHANGES TO THEM
To ensure that you receive the goods you require please supply to us a written order. Where verbal orders are received all care is taken to supply the correct product. The purchaser will be responsible for any costs incurred where product is not to customers expectation when verbal orders are received.
